An IV lounge inside a real medical practice.

You don’t find this connection these days in doctors’ offices.
Most IV bars in Orlando, Florida are run by aestheticians or franchise nurses with limited medical oversight. APMUC is different. Every protocol is reviewed by Dr. Saied Shemiranei, medical director and founder, who has practiced family medicine in Orlando, Florida for over a decade.
That means our drips are dosed for adults, not for marketing. We’re cautious with patients on certain medications. We can flag a problem before it becomes a hospital visit. And if you need bloodwork or a primary care follow-up, you’re already in the right building.
We see athletes, executives, brides, hospitality workers, and weekend warriors. The lounge is private, calm, and quick.
Languages: English, Spanish, Farsi, French, Portuguese.
Credentials: Family medicine and internal medicine, with additional training in addiction psychiatry (American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry) and pain management.
Dr. Shemiranei took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here.
He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I saw eye contact from this doctor — you don’t find this connection these days in doctors’ offices. Thanks again Dr. Shemiranei.
I’ve been with them for 2 years now. They’re quick, precise, and inexpensive. All around great experience every single time.
