It is very important to seek evaluation by a physician if you have any of the following symptoms:

*Episodes of temporary confusion or brain fog;

*Dizziness accompanied by a loss of awareness or confusion;

*Difficulty finding the right words or expressing yourself;

*Lapse of time or zoning out;

*Difficulty recalling the details of conversations;

*History of TBI, TIA, brain concussion or post-concussion syndrome, stroke, dementia, brain injury, brain surgery, feelings of confusion, fainting, passing out or altered awareness.

If you have headaches or are experiencing any of the above symptoms, you may need to be evaluated for brainwave alteration or any epileptic activities in your brain, which would require specific medication to help you. We would be able to help you set up this test from the convenience of your home, so there’s no need to worry about anything else.

Please consult our office to take advantage of this evaluation. You can visit our website and select the “Cognitive Assessment” form. If you answered “Yes” to one or more of the listed questions, call us and we will set up a free consultation to explain how we can perform “EEG” on you to screen for epileptic activities in your brain. Headaches are serious and sometimes have underlying issues; these may require an extensive, detailed evaluation.
