Dr. Shemiranei is very blunt and honest about your health and in the same breath, he offers solutions on how to improve your health by challenging you to make lifestyle changes by changing your diet, increasing your exercise regimen, focusing on your mental health and self-care. I am very impressed with my overall experience and I highly recommend him as your primary physician.

I started to have swelling of my forehead and my left eye began to swell shut with severe pain to my forehead and scalp. With a single visit he was able to identify that I had facial shingles rash and needed immediate attention to prevent damage to my eye. He prescribed the best medication and within a few days I was feeling normal and saw my skin return to a normal condition as well. Dr. Shemiranei even personally followed-up with a call and that is rare in today's clinical environment.

I came back from a long overseas trip starting high fever and chills. I consulted a physician I was told it might be a virus and was told to take acetaminophen. Dr. Shemiranei saw me in Emergency Department and found out I have Urosepsis " Urinary infection extended to my Blood stream" He told me people will die from Septic Shock due to this infection. He immediately admitted me and started appropriate intra venous antibiotic and basically saved my life. Thanks to a wonderful smart doctor who treated me promptly and saved my life.

I had major surgery and was running a 101-102 fever. I was in so much pain and calling the doctor the nurse kept saying it’s normal and it will get better. I went to see Dr Shemiranei. He sat down with me and provided me a detailed explanation that made sense to me what happens to the body after surgery and explained the importance of using a spirometer a minimum of every hour for few more days. My fever was gone after the first 4 hours. He also flowed up personally to ensure my fever went down. Since then he has been my doctor and I have Recommended him to all my friend. He is so knowledgeable in every situation and one of the kindest Dr's I have ever met.
